I love a lot of your desserts and I’m really enjoying the switch from cream cheese to cottage cheese. I never thought about changing the cheese we use because in America most cheese pastries are made from cream cheese but your recipes really opened up a new option with cottage cheese…it’s lighter fluffier & more moist, which is absolutely delicious 😋

Holi soy de chile y quisiera de favor que tradujeron las recetas ya que se ven muy ricas y fácil pero los ingredientes los confundo crema agria, yogurt, o crema
I don't often say this but I will *absolutely* try this! The only thing that I feel is sorely missing is vanilla extract/essence. It's a must for cream based desserts like these. I also feel that it could do very nicely as a summer treat with a few teaspoons of lemon zest in the crust and a bit of juice in the batter.
But I should try this as-is before risking speaking out of turn, of course, but the scientific baker in me just wouldn't hold her tongue! Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe with us!Eu estou com água na boca! Deve ser delicioso, vou fazer... 😋🇧🇷❤
